Equalizer 2

When I run makemkv with Equalizer 2, I get 2 features. One has FPL_mainfeature_VAM and the other is FPL_mainfeature_GIP.

Which one do I select?

I have a question about this movie. When I play the movie it shows 16 chapters, but when I rip the movie and select the GIP movie it shows 51 chapters. It appears to play correctly, but just curious why it rips so many chapters.

When I rip The Eq 2, there are 2 MPLS files that are the only 2 real choices. 00425.mpls = 30.5GB and 00427.mpls=26.9GB.

Any idea which of the 2 is the correct MPLS? I tried googling, but no luck.

It looks like MakeMKV 1.14.2 finds two playlists with the same segment map:

Title 00423.mpls is equal to title 00427.mpls and was skipped

and skips the right (00423.mpls) one in favor of the one with 51 chapters (00427.mpls):

If there's a way to configure MakeMKV NOT to skip "duplicates", I haven't found it -- maybe someone else with more experience does?

I find the chapters a bit weirdly placed for the GIP non-commentary version, and chapter 42 seems to be rather large in the middle:
