I had a Blu-Ray already to rip under V1.10.9. I was at the point where one actually starts the rip, i.e. all reading tests had been passed. I noticed the new V1.10.10 was ready for donwload, so I did. without removing the Blu-Ray from the drive and just restarting MakeMKV, I got the following errors -
MakeMKV v1.10.10 win(x64-release) started
Error 'OS error - STATUS_DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED' occurred while reading 'BD-RE PIONEER BD-RW BDR-XD05 3.01' at offset '1800192'

I rebooted, but the problem persists.
Where can I find v1.10.9 to reload and will this solve the problem?
Thanks
BTW - V1.10.10 can no longer find my NAS drive.

Thanks to those who replied to me.
I have a Windows license, but just for yuks I downloaded a macOS eval version of MakeMKV.
Using V1.10.10 and the same DVD/DVD drive, I was able to rip the DVD with no further problem.

I don't think the registration key is platform-specific. If you purchased a registration key, you should be able to use it on any version of MakeMKV.

I use it on both Windows and Mac OS.
