Hi,

I'm trying to rip this disc but only the bonus features seem to work, the movie fails everytime.

here's my debug log, this version was released a few months ago, so I'm asumming it might be related ?

I would suggest following the FAQ link in my signature and submitting the files to support@makemkv.com, AFTER you try cleaning the disk.

The debug messages are consistent with the drive reporting unexpected data, which usually is because it is having an issue reading the disk. Most drives will report a read error, but some just send back their "best guess" at the data.

Ok I will, for the record, the disc is brand new.

And, for the record, "brand new" means nothing when dealing with optical media.

Disks can be contaminated (and damaged physically) while still sealed in their packages. Blu-ray is far less tolerant of shipping abuse and packaging chemicals than DVD.

I know this from personal experience.
