Warning: new"Niagara" and "Bus Stop" result in garbled video

MakeMKV v 1.8.4
Pioneer BDR-207D

At this time, discs appear to process to normal completion; however the video in the resulting .mkv file is badly garbled. I've never seen the process fail in quite this way before.
