Hi!

What is the running time of that short?

Is it shorter than the minimum duration you've set in your MakeMKV preferences?

The short is over the 5 second threshold that I have set.

Two more titles that aren't located:

Episode 7 on disc three of Transformers Prime, Season 1.

Also, Shrek The Halls on Shrek Forever is overlooked...

I keep trying to email you the information but it keeps saying invalid domain, although it's the same domain as what's listed here...it won't go through.

You are sending to support@makemkv.com ? If so, your email provider is having a problem, because the domain IS valid.

Yes, that is the address that I am sending it to, but it's not my provider...it's yours...it's bouncing back from your provider saying that it's not valid. Can you please email me an alternate email address?

Since you won't provide an alternate email address, here are the files in question

Posting the files here works, too. It's less direct, but others can take a look at them and offer suggestions until Mike gets a chance to see them. And there are limitations on the attachments here that don't apply to email.

However, on the subject of the emails bouncing, I can't get that error message from my email system.

I just sent a test message, and MY provider (actually, my own server) had no problem with the DNS lookup for the makemkv.com mail exchanger (MX) record, connecting to the server it pointed to, doing an SMTP handshake, and delivering the test message to the MakeMKV support people. Relay time was 5 seconds from my sending the message to my server, and the hand-off to makemkv.com's server.
Jun 28 13:17:13 postfix/smtp[2335]: 8217142761: to=<support@makemkv.com>, relay=makemkv.com[194.28.172.56], delay=5, status=sent (250 OK id=1UsdEO-0007Tl-TP)
I don't work for Mike. I'm just a user like you. But I have used the support email on a number of occasions, and I know it isn't "invalid".

If you are getting that response when you send a message to it, it is probably because of an issue involving your mail provider. Some will simply refuse to send mail to domains that are "forbidden", because of government or industry pressure. There is no doubt that MakeMKV has gotten the attention of the movie groups, because they've made concerted efforts to revoke any known AACS keys they find it using.

Regardless of the email issues, the most important thing is that he gets the info and is able to take a look at it... Thanks.

Will be fixed in the next version, 1.8.4 . The bug is that if episode has no chapters AND is part of "play all" playlist, then it won't show up as a separate episode. You'll have to wait a few days for 1.8.4 to be released or use the following workaround:

- Make a full disc backup with MakeMKV
- open backup, find the "play all" title, note it's playlist number (XXXXX.mpls, look for "source file name")
- quit makemkv, navigate to backup directory, BDMV/PLAYLIST, delete/rename the "play all" MPLS flie.
- open MakeMKV again and it should see all episodes.

Thank you for your patience and for sending the files in a first place.
