I have a US retail Blu-ray copy of Easy A (2010). MakeMKV skips the first playlist because it is equal to playlist 30. However, playlist 1 has 16 chapters and is the correct title. Playlist 30 has 106 chapters. Playlist 1 should be the one displayed, not playlist 30.
I'm running MakeMKV 1.7.2 on Mac OS X 10.7.3. Please let me know if more information is needed.

Solution: "This is unfortunately a known problem. The only workaround available is a bit lengthy:
1. Make a full disc backup with MakeMKV, encrypted or decrypted, doesn't matter
2. Navigate into backup folder, then into BDMV, PLAYLIST and delete the file 00030.mpls
3. Open produced backup with MakeMKV and make MKV out of it."
