For reference - Avatar: The Last Airbender

I got a Last Airbender & Legend of Korra set, and the former's playlists are a bit of a mess, so i thought I'd post an overview.
In short, you want the tracks starting with 00601 and counting up. These are in order (by mplis), and have intros.
Some of the alternative tracks have cut intros, but many are identical to the normal tracks, and they are slightly out of order. Here's an ordered list, if you want them anyway.

How do I go about selecting these in MakeMKV? Am I missing a setting somewhere? Also, are the duplicates not the commentary version?

If your minimum time setting is the same as the author's, the "tXX" title numbers will work. But, generally, you need to look at the "info" part of the right side of the screen, "Title information", particularly the "Source file name" to get the actual title of the file.

Does anyone know what the playlist order for the audio commentaries are, I don't want to encode each file

Generally, the audio commentary will be a separate audio track embedded with the other tracks. You'll have to play the title you want to encode and select the individual audio tracks to test them.

Now, having said that, the first English and Japanese audio tracks are most likely the ones that match the video, and LATER tracks in the same language will be commentary.
