Missing Files - Farscape 25th Anniversary Edition Blurays

I'm in the process of ripping the Farscape 25th anniversary edition blurays and am having an interesting issue. I've made it to the second season and makemkv has failed to pull four episodes. Interesting is that the missing episodes are season 1 episodes 6 and 9 and season 2 episodes 6 and 9. These episodes are the first and last episodes of their respective discs and the second disc of their respective seasons. Is this a problem with the software or the disc? Any assistance troubleshooting would be appreciated.

When MakeMKV scans the disc in question, does it say anything in the log about excluding a title for some reason? You might have to have debug logging turned on to see this. (I always have debug logging turned on, so I'm less familiar with what's in the log with it turned off.)
