Error on Purple Rain blu-ray

This is my first time posting so please forgive any mistakes....

I'm getting the following errors when attempting to back up my Purple Rain Blu-ray disk (below). I have also attached the *-tree and *-disk text files. It is an older external Blu-ray player (connected via USB). I have no issues with many more contemporary disks to I'm thinking the issue is with this specific disk and not the player, but I could be mistaken.

The disk has been cleaned using a DVD cleaner and plays fine in VLC Player and a stand-alone Blu-ray player.

Have you tried power cycling your drive and restarting your computer? It seems like LibreDrive or some decryption component of MakeMKV didn't load properly.

Yes, the computer and drive have been restarted several times. No change in the results….

I don't disagree. Just hoping there might be another resolvable issue. Like I said, plays fine in VLC and Blu-Ray players. Although, I have to say, after watching it so much recently, I might be good throwing the disk out....
