Help: AACS V82 Blu-ray Disc dump

Hello. 
I have tried to rip the attached Blu-ray file using MakeMKV v1.18.1, and encountered the following error several times: 

This disc uses newer version of AACS protection.
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

I have already emailed the dump file to svq@makemkv.com

I attached the dump file to the google drive link below. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
