This one was the easy one, MakeMKV prioritized the playlist to the top, and i just checked that the segments was in the correct order:

File name: Bad Moms-T5_t00.mkvThis was a bit harder, neither of PowerDVD, VLC or MPC method gave the correct result. So i ended up just taking a dump of the content and walked it through. Started with the running time, and then just regular expression everything away while removing the bad playlists. This will be the way i do blu-rays in the future for finding the correct playlist. Because for example VLC spent four hours indexing the disc before just playing the segments one by one.
