Hey all I'm re-doing my Plex Server, and re-ripping the movies I actually want to watch.
I'm doing the Secret of the Tomb disc, (US English), and it has 2 identical titles, only the mpls numbers are different.
On is 850, and the other is 820, or 08020. Both are the same size and length with the same number of segments. Also both have the same contents when expanding the arrow.
I'm currently ripping both to see if I can see a difference when the file is played. However, I tried to find an existing thread on here, and couldn't. So that's why I am asking now.

The difference is probably down to the audio languages. In makemkv, click the arrow next to each and look at the audio/subtitles languages.

Did you ever find the difference between 850 and 802?
As you said already, all the audio, subtitle files and chapter counts are the same between the two. only difference listed in makemkv information is the segment map. I tried watching parts of both but I could not find a single difference. Usually I'm good at finding them.
