BD is from an spanish sort film called "Una familia de verdad". It didn´t get a BD release but some copies were printed to the staff

The disc fails to rip with makemkv,

I have also tried to rip it with vlc. Vlc can't rip it, but it can play it from beginning to end.

I have also tried to clean the disc (it is perfect, without any scratches). I have also tried to copy the m2ts directly but it fails at 7%.

any ideas?

The optical drive is unable to correctly read a spot on that disc according to the errors in the log.

Sometimes the same disc in a different drive produces different results. Do you have a different drive you can try? Perhaps on friend's or family member's computer?
