Disc uses newer version of AACS protection

Post by thegeek2448 »

I am dumping Murdoch Mysteries blu-ray box sets. Seasons 5,6,7, and disc 1 and 2 of season 8 dumped just fine but season 8 disc 3 gives this error:

This disc uses newer version of AACS protection. Please let us know about it by visiting http://www.makemkv.com/a/?rGrl2p7RANCuJ4...
Saved AACS dump file as [REDACTED]/.MakeMKV/MKB_v58_Murdoch_Mysteries_Season_8_Disc_3_850E.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

I clicked the link, have uploaded the AACS dump, and have copied the Drive Information, LibreDrive Information, and the Disc Information below.

I don't know what is going on with my WH16NS40, but my WH14NS40 is able to open the disc and dump it

ok, so the first drive I tried was a WH16NS40 Rev 1.02. It was unable to open disc 3 and 4 of season 8 of murdoch mysteries, but my other machine with a WH16NS40 Rev 1.05 was able to open it
