Long Shot (U.S.A)

Hello - new user still very much learning the ropes. I am attempting to make a digital backup of Long Shot using Make MKV 1.14.5. I read other posts and located the 00837.mpls. When I attempt to make the video it looks as if it is working normally and then says completed successfully, however when I go to check the .mkv file it is only 2KB. Has anyone else run into this issue? Thanks for all the help.

Does anyone know the rental playlist? 00373.MPLS is not an option on the rental disc.

837.mpls is Redbox.
