Yep. I just verified. It starts with 00001.mpls and goes up from there. A couple of other notes. I do have Java installed. This is the Netflix blu-ray. I tried it both on a Mac running macOS Catalina and a PC running Windows 10. Both times the playlist jumps from 00660.mpls to 00602.mpls.

Are you looking for 601 or 661? The post above mentions 661. (The Netflix mail rental I looked at did have 661; I don't know that it is correct.)

Just got a US retail copy of the Judy DVD and blu-ray. UPC: 024543558231.
To confirm the correct play-list, I extracted the English subtitles from the DVD and compared to the blu-ray using the 00661.mpls mentioned earlier on this thread. For your information, the full segment map is listed below:
