All Blu Rays Getting Error

Hi

I have just purchase a new external blu ray drive for my mac mini. I load MakeMKV and insert the blu ray disc, and click the icon with the disc arrow and hard drive. When i click it, the program starts to do something and then a lot of error messages come up, including "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted."

Can anyone help me in getting the program to decrypt my blu ray collection?

What drive do you have?

Samsung SE-406A. It works with Pavtube Bytecopy, but I get the error messages with MakeMKV.

Please enable and post debug log from MakeMKV .

I've just noticed that it fails to open the disc when it is parsing file "/AACS/MKB_RO.inf" on the film Leon. Don't know if that will be of any help...
