One Episode of House MD not ripping

I get this error when trying to rip House MD Season 3 Episode 15. I've ripped the rest without issue. Any ideas what it could be?

The drive apparently shut down during the rip. Is this a USB-powered device?

Yes it is. It stops at the exact same point each time too. It cruises through the first bit then at 1790.4 it gets hung up and starts throwing the error.

Exact same spot is unusual... same AREA isn't. The main thing to try is slowing the read down so that the drive does not exceed USB power limits, OR getting the drive sufficient power to not stop when it tries to go fast.

Did the drive come with a two-head cable? If so, how do you have it configured? Plugging both heads into the same hub only works if it's a powered hub.

It is a 2 headed cable but I've only one plugged in to my cpu. This is the only file I've had this issue with oddly. Read speed is 18.9 M/s when it throws the error. When I'm ripping uhd discs, read speed tops out at 25 without issue
