Fast and quiet drive recommendations?

Just like the title says, I’m looking for an internal blu-ray drive that is as quiet as possible when ripping discs, but also as fast as current tech allows. No need for UHD or 4K, just regular blu-ray. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

If you're going to buy a drive, getting one from the list of drives in the flashing guide is probably best.

Personally, my Pioneer drive is my quietest drive. It is also my slowest drive. It is quiet because it doesn't spin the disc as fast as my LG drive, which is faster and louder.
