Hoosiers - No disc inserted

I picked up The Jock Collection, which includes Hoosiers, Rocky and DodgeBall. When I try to load Hoosiers with MakeMKV v1.17.2, it takes a few minutes then reports "no disc inserted".

I cleaned the disc, reconnected the drive, restarted MakeMKV and rebooted the computer. None of that helped, so I exchanged the set and got the same problem with the new set. The other two discs read fine, but Hoosiers won't even load.

Turned on debug logging and here's all I get:

Any idea what "code 3" is? Anyone else been able to successfully rip Hoosiers from The Jock Collection?

Do you have a different drive you can try? It is my experience that some optical drives just don't like some discs.
