Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/VIDEO_TS/VTS_02_1.VOB' at offset '271767552'
Cannot get this Video to work.

Your drive can't read parts of the disk.
Steps to fix this begin with... If it's a brand new disk, get it replaced. That's the simplest method.
Next, clean/wax the disk. Pledge furniture polish (or equivalent) and a SOFT cloth (cotton or microfiber) can clean up most contamination and will fill in minor surface imperfections.
Beyond that, resurfacing the disk should be done with proper equipment, and some video rental places will do it for a fee.
