MakeMKV Won't rip "The Thirteenth Warrior"

I've tried through various versions of MakeMKV to rip this program to no avail. It is an older DVD, probably from the late 90's or early 2000's. Please let me know where to send the log file.

If you have debugging logging turned on, you could post the log here. Debug logging shows more information than the standard log window, so a lot of minor glitches are easily diagnosed, even by us non-support people.
Alternatively, the FAQ in my signature outlines what to send to
support@makemkv.com for a "normal" error report.
