Fire on the Amazon failure

I'm consistently getting a 'navigational error' in cell 9 (of 12). This is only the second DVD failure out of hundreds of DVDs, nice work!
Can you help me with this one please?

At the very least, Mike will need a debug log; see my signature for how to enable that. The additional procedures about sending the IFO files via email may be necessary, but the log is where things start.

Thanks, I should have said that the debug log was sent with the IFO files by e-mail to support@etc because 'the board attachment quota has been reached', i.e. it won't upload.
