I just tried to back up 1990 Bronx Warriors (Shriek Show) but I keep getting the following error message:

"Copy complete, 0 titles saved, 1 failed"

The dvd is playing properly and I have tried it on a different drive but the message is still the same. Here's the rest:

And you're getting now error messages prior to the failure message?

Turn on debugging and re-run the rip. Instructions in my signature. There are a lot of messages that won't display unless you have debugging turned on.

Chances are, the problem is a dirty or scratched disk; DVD players will ignore unreadable sectors if there aren't too many of them in a row, but MakeMKV won't, since it's trying to create an accurate rip.
