Dragon Ball Season Sets

I have been using MakeMKV for about a week now, but suddenly I've been encountering this error: Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/VIDEO_TS/VTS_12_1.VOB' at offset '1343488'

Uncorrectable errors are coming from the drive, and usually mean either dirty/scratched media or a problem with the drive itself.

When I encounter them, I first clean the disk with furniture polish (Pledge is my brand of choice). That usually takes care of the MINOR scratches the relatives put on the disks before they returned them to me.
