When trying to rip a DVD I receive the following error:

Since I get the same error on two different computers, I am assuming this is a disk read error. Any ideas how to proceed?

BTW, I understand some disks include a copy protection scheme that includes bad sectors of disk. Would this be one of them?

return the disc for a new one, it's damaged/dirty/defective.
