Van Halen Fails

For some reason I just can't get this disc to work.
Here is what I get, short and sweet. Any Ideas?
MakeMKV v1.7.4 win(x64-release) started
Using direct disc access mode
Title #0 was added (16 cell(s), 1:05:31)
Title #1 has length of 28 seconds which is less than minimum title length of 120 seconds and was therefore skipped
Operation successfully completed
Saving 1 titles into directory J:/Libraries/Videos
Profile parsing error: Specified conversion filter (69:A_PCM/INT/LIT->LPCMraw) is not available
Failed to save title 0 to file J:/Libraries/Videos/title00.mkv
0 titles saved, 1 failed
