The Animal not working on main track

Hi, all smaller tracks are working but the main file for the actual movie does not show up to convert.
Error message may be helpful
Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:READ OF SCRAMBLED SECTOR WITHOUT AUTHENTICATION' occurred while reading 'DVD+R-DL ASUS DRW-22B1ST 1.00' at offset '1048576'
Using direct disc access mode
Complex multiplex encountered - 55 cells and 9187 VOBUs have to be scanned. This may take some time, please be patient - it can't be avoided.
Any ideas on how to overcome ?
