I have been having issues converting NCIS: Los Angles Season 2 Disc 6 to MKV files. Two of the episodes fail completely and another fails but actually creates the MKV file. The two that fail I get the following errors;

The dvd set is a a retail copy. Not sure if this is a bug or what. Looking for help with this problem...

Most likely: Damaged disc.
Least likely: Failing DVD drive.

The error literally means the DVD drive can't read the disc.

You may wish to try cleaning the disc with a microfiber cloth, wiping from the center to the edge. Then trying to rip again.

If this fails return the DVD for another one.

This is the third set that this has happened to and on two different computers... I thought that is was defective at first as well.. I have tried the same disc with handbrake and DVDFab and they do not have issues with it... Seems funny that I went through three sets of the same DVD series. Was just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue with the same series and disc..

It would not be the first time that a whole run of DVD's had been poorly manufactured. However, if you could do the following and send it to the developers, if it is an issue with MakeMKV they can address it.
