Code 5 error when ripping DVD to network share

I've been using MakeMKV for the last couple of weeks to rip my entire DVD collection to a media server and just ran into a problem. As of yesterday, I can't rip the files to a network destination on the LAN. I can browse for the correct folder from within MakeMKV and can copy files to and from that folder from other programs, but the rip fails about 2 seconds after starting with the following error:
Even more curious, I can rip to other locations shared from the same media server, just not the one where I actually am keeping all the movies.
Thoughts?
