Aide pour les HD-DVD

Je suis un nouvel utilisateur de MakeMKV et souhaiterais extraire ma petite collection de HD-DVD. Quelle est la solution idéale pour effectuer cette tache d'un point de vue matériel (lecteur optique entre autre) et logiciel ?

A quick search with Google shows no new HD-DVD drives available to purchase, so you are limited to "old stock" if you can find it. The disks are not readable by DVD or Bluray drives, so, without an HD-DVD drive, you cannot read the disks.
