Possible MakeMKV 1.18.3 issue: brief buffering then ~45s skip during playback

I’m trying to determine whether anyone else has observed this behavior after upgrading to MakeMKV 1.18.3.
Since installing 1.18.3, I’ve noticed that newly ripped movies and TV episodes exhibit the following during playback (multiple players):
• Within the first few minutes, playback briefly buffers/freezes for a few seconds
• Playback then resumes but jumps ahead approximately 45 seconds, skipping content
This behavior has been consistent across my recent rips and did not occur with older rips created prior to the upgrade.
I’m not certain this is related to MakeMKV itself, but the timing aligns closely with the upgrade, so I wanted to ask:
• Has anyone else seen similar buffering or timestamp jumps with 1.18.3?
• Were there any changes to timestamp handling, chapter markers, or stream alignment in this release?
Happy to provide MediaInfo output or sample logs if helpful.
Thank you.
