I have what appears to be the DVD set of the complete series of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" from 2019. I noticed on the second disc of the first season, episodes are offered with optional recap. When I rip with MakeMKV, only the episode rips (lacking the recap.) The recaps are not contained in any other file, and no other version of the episode appear. If I rip the raw VOBs with DVD Decrypter, I get the recap and the episode, but not chapter markers.

MakeMKV does report these errors while opening the disc:

Even with these errors reported by MakeMKV, extracting in both ISO and file mode in DVD Decrypter works without issue. Processing extracted ISO in MakeMKV returns the same results as processing the DVD.

Update: I ran MakeMKV against both the DVD disc and ISO using "CellTrim" mode and was able to get the episodes with the recaps, but still lacking the title introduction.

This is way better than before for my purposes, as I can clip the introduction from another video and prefix it to the episodes.

I would still like to see if it is possible to get MakeMKV to do all the work and rip the episodes as they appear from the menu, and can provide the ISO for anyone to play with.
