I am having a problem converting the Velvet Revolver (Live in Houston) DVD to an MKV file. It appears there is only one title on the DVD (containing 13 chapters). The actual creation of the MKV file occurs (approx. 4.8 GB in size). When the "Time Elapsed" during the creation process reaches 0:00, I receive a "fatal error" and MakeMKV closes. I am attaching images of the windows 7 error message. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...

Does your original, commercial DVD play properly on both your computer and a standalone player?

Yes - the DVD plays on my PC and on my DVD Player.
