I am trying to transcode the two episodes of Spook Season 5 which are on disc 2. The second title copies correctly however whenever I try and copy the first title it fails.

I have tested this both reading directly from the DVD and tested reading a DVD Image I created with RipIt.

The versions of software I am running are
OS - Mac Os Lion v1.7.1
MakeMkv - 1.6.14 (Latest)
RipIt - 1.5.5

I have attached the log from the failed transcode attempt.

This is a disc mastering error. Workaround should be added in the next version.
