DVD gets to 75% decryption before stopping

Hello, recently bought a BDR-XD08UMB-S and installed MakeMKV after reading that those will flashable soon. Wanted to test the program out on my DVD of Season 1 Disc 1 of SpongeBob SquarePants and every time I try to rip it it gets stuck at 75% decryption and no errors can been seen. Tried the disc out on VLC and it worked perfectly so I don't know what the issue is. I have no error log to post.
