No menu / credits / small videos

Hello everyone:

I'm trying to convert the contents of a DVD to .mkv. I have the .iso file and I'm using MakeMKV.
The problem is that only the large files appear. If I want the titles or credits (meaning short-duration content), it doesn’t "see" them to rip.
I thought the solution was to change the value of "Preferences > Video > Minimum title length (seconds)" to 0 (the default is 120).
But even then, it doesn’t detect them. I don’t know what else to do.
And I can see that content by extracting the .vob files.

There is no error shown in the log:
MakeMKV v1.17.9 win(x64-release) started
The program can't find any usable optical drives.
Using direct disc access mode
Title #1 was added (8 cell(s), 0:59:46)
Title #2 was added (2 cell(s), 0:03:29)
Operation successfully completed
Could you help me? Thank you very much.

On DVD some short segments and the menus themselves are stored in special menu videos which MakeMKV cannot see. I don't recall other software being able to do it either.
