Three's Company DVD Errors

Hello,
I recently purchased the Three's Company boxed set with The Ropers and Three's a Crowd series included. I saved ISO files of Three's Company and The Ropers without incident, but when I put the first disc in for Three's a Crowd, I received the following errors:
Trying to open disc to read MKVs:
Trying to make an ISO of the DVD:
It looks like disc 2 of Three's a Crowd is currently saving properly, but what could cause the errors shown above?
