I had an older issue of this DVD and tried ripping and backing up, with no success. I ordered a new copy and it plays fine in the player, but I still get a failure when either ripping or backing up. I would like to get some help to either understand what is wrong and how to fix it, or to give up

I just need to know what information is needed and how to collect the log or whatever else is required. Thanks

Copy & paste the output in the bottom of the MakeMKV window into a post here on the forum.

Did you ever get this figured out? I am having a similar problem with the same DVD.

Can you post your MakeMKV output from trying to rip this DVD?
