Aspect ratio wrong

I was a bit silly and didn't bother to check the playback of the DVD itself, it turns out that the DVD itself has the wrong aspect ratio for this one episode, while using VLC at least. I figure this isn't an issue with MakeMKV and is in fact an issue with the DVD itself. I would still much appreciate any help on converting the display aspect ratio correctly to that HandBrake see it correctly like it does with the rest of the titles.
I am trying to save the titles of a show from a DVD using MakeMKV. I have three disks and eighteen titles in total. Unfortunately one title is saving with the wrong aspect ratio in comparison to all the others, it keeps saving with an aspect ration of 4:3, the rest are 16:9. While all of the titles have a resolution of 720x576, all but this one will play at 16:9 by default. I have tried changing the display width and height to 1024x576 using MKVToolNix GUI, which works for VLC, but once I open it in HandBrake it detects it as 4:3 still and HandBrake doesn't allow me to change the display resolution.

It is worth noting that when using MKVToolNix GUI to change the display resolution and height a row for original display aspect ratio is added to MediaInfo which displays the original 4:3, is this what HandBrake is picking up on?
I can provide the raw ISO file if the developer needs it for diagnosis if it comes to that.
