I am getting these error messages when ripping one episode. even tried ripping the combined episodes mkv file and still won't rip any help would be great




combined episodes mkv:
Error 'Scsi error - HARDWARE ERROR:TIMEOUT ON LOGICAL UNIT' occurred while reading '/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1.VOB' at offset '1136707584'
Error 'OS error - The I/O device reported an I/O error' occurred while reading '\Device\CdRom0' at offset '1136707584'
Error 'Internal error - Operation was cancelled (140)' occurred while reading '/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1.VOB' at offset '1136707584'


individual episode:


Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1.VOB' at offset '1137653760'
Error 'Scsi error - HARDWARE ERROR:TIMEOUT ON LOGICAL UNIT' occurred while reading '/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1.VOB' at offset '1140484096'
Error 'OS error - The I/O device reported an I/O error' occurred while reading '\Device\CdRom0' at offset '1140484096'

Those errors generally indicate the drive is having a hard time reading a spot on the disc. The standard advice is to gently clean the disc. If you have a different optical drive you can try, that might also help.
