Can't rip Acorn TV, Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries

I tried to rip Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries from Acorn TV and when the dvd is inserted into my Pioneer BD-RW-BDRX507u the disc just ejects. Is there something wrong with my equipment or is it the disc? I have ripped over 650 blue ray and dvd disc without this problem.

It is probably the disc. Try gently cleaning the disc. If you have another optical drive, try the disc in the other drive.

I cleaned the disc and it continues to eject. My blue ray disc work fine. It's just my DVDs
