Hi, I need help for the "The Legends of Monkey". It grey out when inserted it to the player, yet it works fine on TV. This 4 discs of Season1 and 2 are all the same they grey out.

In what program are they "greyed out"? MakeMKV will either open the disk, or say "No disk".

It appears on MakeMKV as proper disc, but within like 2 seconds spinning than it stop and greyed out. Also on the File explorer as well, it just shows the Disc ID but not accesible (greyed out).

I found a solution for this. I run the DVD on my 8 yo laptop and it acceot it. Than I burn it using DVD SHRINK, than I took it back to PC and run the MakeMKV. Surprisingly it convert 1 DVD with 6 episodes in it - in just 30 seconds, speed of light so to speak.
