there's this DVD I'm trying to pack into an mkv and it fails to rip. Please see attached debug log for details.

Hello there,

looks like the video stream is plastered with errors, I found B frames with missing second references, shortened gops etc. MKV-Tools could not even mux the streams, so I re-encoded the whole thing to x264 with handbrake straight off the disk. That seemed to work somehow.
