Issues making an ISO backup of the "Something to be" DVD

Post by LordLippa »

I'm attempting to make an ISO backup of the DVD portion of the Rob Thomas CD/DVD dual disc "Something to be" (catalogue #83723-2). This has CD data on one side of the disc and DVD data on the other side. After some initial "...does not match..." messages, it spends a while "scanning contents" before eventually dying during the start of the "copying files" stage with a pop-up dialog ("Backup failed")

It gives the log:
Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=FA108BB7DA63)
Backing disc up into folder "c:/backup/Something to be/ROBTHOMAS_SOMETHINGTOBE.iso"
Calculated BUP offset for VTS #0 does not match one in IFO header.
Calculated BUP offset for VTS #1 does not match one in IFO header.
Calculated BUP offset for VTS #2 does not match one in IFO header.
Calculated BUP offset for VTS #3 does not match one in IFO header.
Calculated BUP offset for VTS #4 does not match one in IFO header.
Calculated BUP offset for VTS #5 does not match one in IFO header.
Backup Failed

Is this just a bad disc (it doesn't seem scratched, but I doubt I can see all possible errors with the naked eye), or are there options/parameters I can change in the backup process to attempt to resolve this?
