mkvtoolnix not multiplexing files correctly

Hi,

I ripped a concert DVD using makemkv. This DVD has each song as a separate title instead of chapters of the same title. So, makemkv ripped them to multiple mkv files. Then I used mkvtoolnix to combine them to a single mkv file. The resulting mkv appears to be big enough, but when I play it back, it stops playing towards the end of the first chapter. Is this is a known issue? Are there any workarounds?

You should probably go ask the good people over at MKVToolNix. Perhaps start with making sure you're on the latest version of those tools.
