v1.17.1 - Sector/Segment Error [DVD] [DUMP] - Tom and Jerry - Spotlight Collection Vol. 1

Hi everyone,
Tom and Jerry - Spotlight Collection Vol. 1 (two disk set)
App took more than 20 minutes to scan sectors. I was able to backup both DVD discs to ISO via the app, but unable to generate MKV files out of it. I have tried again directly with the physical disc, and it's still failed to save the title. DVD discs are brand new and pretty clean. I am pretty sure that DVD discs are clean since I was able to play these two disks fine on LG DVD player. I have used Pioneer BDR-XS07UHD to rip.
It seems to be the issue is something similar to the following threads:

viewtopic.php?t=18310
Failed to save title 0 to file C:/Media/Tom and Jerry - Spotlight Collection Vol. 1 (2004) {tmdb-379776}/TOM AND JERRY VOLUME 1 DISC 1-B1_t00.mkv
0 titles saved, 1 failed
I have generated dump of the main title 0 by following the doc http://www.makemkv.com/onlinehelp/testdump.html and emailed the dump link to support@makemkv.com couple of days back.
Any further help/advise would be appreciated.
Thank you!
