Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading 'BD-RE HL-DT-ST BD-RE WH16NS60 1.02' at offset '4013287424'

Yep, got this with some DVDs. All of my discs are safely stored in cases; they're brand new. I've ripped a whole mess of DVDs, Bluray, and 4K. They've all worked perfectly. Now for some reason I get this error message.

The DVDs I've had issues with so far are:

1. The concert DVD from the "Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - Runnin' Down A Dream"

2. Sheryl Crow - C'mon America 2003.
