Daria - Snarky Intros Missing

MakeMkv seems to be ignoring the snarky introductions to various Daria episodes. I tried versions 1.16.3 and 1.16.4

From the DVD menu this introduction (called a Daria Day in the menu) is optional - after playing it dives into the normal episode.

Not every episode has one. Disk 6 has snarky intros for titles 1, 4, 5, 7 and 8. All five are skipped.

One clue is this in the log:
Title 11 in VTS 8 is equal to title 1 and was skipped
Title 12 in VTS 8 is equal to title 4 and was skipped
Title 13 in VTS 8 is equal to title 5 and was skipped
Title 14 in VTS 8 is equal to title 7 and was skipped
Title 15 in VTS 8 is equal to title 8 and was skipped

I'm guessing that if there was a way to not skip those titles then the snarky intros would be there?

There's a way to use 'manual mode' with DVDs. http://www.makemkv.com/manualdvd/ I think it will allow you to be able to specify those skipped titles and rip them.

Are they shorter than 2 Minutes? I had to change the settings for the Pixar shorts DvD

A little help with the syntax would be nice. All I can get is:
"Failed to save title 0 to file /home/---/movies/DARIA/DARIA_THE_COMPLETE_SERIES_D6/title_t00.mkv"
"0 titles saved, 1 failed"

Can you post a screen shot of what MakeMKV shows you for source information when you open the disc in question in manual mode?

In case anyone is interested in an update on this, I just ripped my collection and it now copies files both with and without intros as well as all episodes as one long file without intros.
