Failure to identify teaser and theatrical trailer (Total Recall, 1990 - DVD-R1)

The 1st Artisan DVD (R1) has 2 extra features: theatrical (and not mentioned there) teaser trailer.
I took a few pictures from the menu:

And this is the MAKEMKV log:

The problem here is that MAKEMKV is incapable of ripping both teaser and theatrical trailers. I decrypted this disc with help from the last AnyDVD-HD version (trial). I told AnyDVD to use region 1. It was ripped alright.
In my hard drive I mounted the ISO and looked into the disc. I own this Artisan edition, so this is not someone's else rip.
And I can perfectly play both extra features using PowerDVD, as the POSTIMAGE pictures prove.
So what happened here?
P.S. The files saved in MKV, besides the movie, have nothing to do with both teaser and theatrical trailers. They are from the distributor logos.
